Launchpad for innovation, collaborations and global engagement
As the main attraction of the exhibition, the A.T.M.O.S Sphere showcases how space technology is driving progress in climate science, telecommunications, navigation, agriculture, and national security. Introduced for the first time in conjunction with LIMA’25, it is a high-tech exhibition using 360-degree immersive audiovisual technology based on aerospace, technology, maritime, and sustainability to reflect Malaysia’s aspirations to lead advancements on land, sea, air, and beyond.
The event featured keynote addresses by Dato' Nonee and Mr Timofey Egorov, Chief Coordinator of the Young Cosmonauts School in Russia, and spotlighted Malaysia's growing role in the NewSpace economy, with a strong focus on international collaboration and youth engagement.

Visitors had the opportunity to step into a transformative space designed to spark inspiration, future-oriented thinking, and cross-industry collaboration. The A.T.M.O.S Sphere also showcased iconic replicas from the National Planetarium, including the Sokol space suit worn by cosmonauts, the legendary Challenger space shuttle, the powerful Ariane 4 rocket, and the nation’s pride, the RazakSAT satellite.
This exhibition clearly demonstrated Malaysia's great potential to become a leading player in the global space industry in the near future. Also in attendance were exhibitors such as the Malaysian Space Agency (MYSA), UZMA Berhad, and SpaceIn Sdn Bhd.
