Meniti Cakerawala 2.0: Journey across Malaysia
Performances to be held in Melaka, Seremban, Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Penang, Klang, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu from July to September 2025
EMBARK on an unforgettable voyage through the stars as Meniti Cakerawala 2.0 tours eight Malaysian cities from July to September 2025. Following its critically acclaimed premiere in Kuala Lumpur, this groundbreaking multimedia experience returns — bolder, richer, and more inspiring than ever.

At the core of this transcendent performance is Tan Sri Mazlan Othman, Malaysia’s first astrophysicist and a captivating storyteller. With poetic depth and scientific wonder, she guides audiences through the mysteries of the cosmos, revealing the timeless truth that we are all made of stardust.
Joining her is the legendary Datuk Ramli Ibrahim, artistic director and visionary choreographer, who brings the universe to life through dance. Together, they merge science, art, and the human spirit in a dazzling tapestry that challenges us to ponder our place in the universe — and the very meaning of life.
Meniti Cakerawala 2.0 is a collaboration of masterful talents, including the following:
Valerie Ross (music)
Sivarajah Natarajan (lighting)
Leslie Variyan of Variante (costume design)
Musicians Jayalakshmi Sekhar and Kamarul Baisah Hussin
Creative contributors Muhammad Haji Salleh, Johan Jaaffar, Jalaini Abu Hassan, Sam Gibbs, Mano Maniam, and Chacko Vadaketh
With performances by Sutra Foundation’s finest dancers, this is more than a show — it’s a call to curiosity, a celebration of knowledge, and a reminder that science and art are twin flames of human potential.
